ASSIGNMENT OF COPYRIGHTS: The Assignor hereby assigns and transfers all copyrights, including but not limited to reproduction rights, adaptation rights, distribution rights, public performance rights, and communication to the public rights in the aforesaid work to the Assignee.
TERRITORY: The assignment shall be valid and enforceable in India and its territories.

WARRANTIES: The Assignor warrants that: (a) he/she is the sole owner of the copyright in the work; (b) the work does not infringe any third-party rights; (c) there are no encumbrances on the copyright; and (d) he/she has full authority to execute this assignment.
REGISTRATION: The Assignor agrees to cooperate with the Assignee in registering this assignment with the Copyright Board, Government of India, as required under the Copyright Act, 1957.
GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
