4. Probation
You will be on probation for a period of 6 (six) months from your date of joining, during which your performance will be reviewed. Probation may be extended by written notice. On satisfactory completion, your employment shall be deemed confirmed.
5. Hours, Leaves & Holidays
Your working hours and leave entitlements shall be as per the Company's policies notified from time to time. Public holidays shall be as per the applicable state holiday list.
6. Confidentiality & IP
You shall be bound by the Company's confidentiality policy. All intellectual property created or developed by you in the course of your employment, including inventions, software, designs, and written works, shall vest absolutely in the Company. You will be required to sign a separate NDA and IP assignment on joining.
7. Non-solicitation
During your employment and for a period of 12 (twelve) months thereafter, you shall not directly or indirectly solicit any employee of the Company to terminate their employment, nor solicit or attempt to divert any customer or business of the Company.
8. Notice Period & Termination
This employment may be terminated by either party by giving 2 (two) calendar months' written notice or equivalent pay in lieu of notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment without notice in the event of gross misconduct, fraud, breach of this offer, or any conduct prejudicial to the Company's interests.
9. Pre-joining Requirements
Your employment is subject to: (a) satisfactory verification of documents (educational certificates, identity proof, previous employment records, and background checks); (b) medical fitness; (c) no conflicting non-compete, non-solicit, or notice-period obligations with your previous employer.
10. Governing Law
This offer and your employment shall be governed by the laws of India, with particular reference to the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1961. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the city where your primary work location is situated.
11. Additional Terms
