NOTICE TO PAY. This is a formal demand notice from (the "Creditor") to (the "Debtor") for immediate payment of outstanding dues of ₹ (Rupees only) within days from the date of receipt of this notice.

The Debtor has failed to make payment on the due date of , despite the contractual obligation. This is the first formal notice demanding payment.

CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT

- Court-ordered recovery mechanisms and penalties
PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE. The Debtor is directed to preserve all documents, contracts, invoices, payment receipts, and correspondence relating to the dues, as they may be required as evidence in legal proceedings.
INTEREST CLAUSE. In the event of legal proceedings, the Debtor shall be liable for additional interest, court costs, advocate fees, and other expenses as awarded by the court.
JURISDICTION. All legal proceedings for recovery shall be filed in the competent courts having jurisdiction over the area where the Debtor resides or where the contract was performed.
GOVERNING LAW. This notice and all matters related to the dues shall be governed by the laws of India.
