- Legal proceedings may result in forced eviction with police assistance
- You shall be liable for all legal costs, court fees, and advocate charges
- Continued illegal occupation may result in criminal charges under relevant laws
- Damages for wrongful occupation and use of property shall be claimed
- Your credit and rental history shall be negatively affected
