Dear Sir/Madam,
INTRODUCTION. This is a formal notice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 issued by (the "Consumer") against (the "Seller") regarding a defective/deficient sold/provided by the Seller.

NATURE OF DEFECT/DEFICIENCY. The supplied by the Seller suffers from the following defects and deficiencies:

LOSS AND DAMAGE. As a result of the defective/deficient , the Consumer has suffered the following loss and damage:
This is the first formal notice regarding this defect. The Consumer has provided the Seller with adequate opportunity to remedy the defect.
By selling/providing a defective/deficient , the Seller has violated the following rights of the Consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
- Right to Safety: The product/service is not safe for use or consumption
- Right to Information: The Seller has not disclosed material defects or limitations
- Right to Choose: The Consumer was not offered alternatives or the right to reject
- Right to Remedy: The Seller has not provided satisfactory remedy or compensation
The Consumer hereby demands the following relief:
- Compensation: ₹ for loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment
DEADLINE FOR COMPLIANCE. The Seller is directed to comply with this notice within (NaN) days from the date of receipt by providing a written response and initiating the relief process.
FILING OF COMPLAINT. If the Seller fails to comply within the specified period, the Consumer shall file a formal complaint before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in without any further notice.
CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
- Filing of consumer complaint with penalties under Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Legal proceedings against the Seller for unfair trade practices
- Liability for damages, interest, and costs as determined by the Commission
- Negative publicity and reputation damage
- Blacklisting of the Seller with consumer associations and regulatory bodies
- Criminal action for cheating/fraud if applicable
APPLICABLE LAW. This notice is issued under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Rules framed thereunder. The Seller's conduct may also constitute deficiency of service/defect in goods under Sections 2(45) and 2(47) of the Act.
MODE OF SUBMISSION. The Consumer has also filed/will file a complaint with the relevant Consumer Commission if the Seller does not respond satisfactorily within the stipulated time.
