Thank you for instructing e.g. Sharma & Associates or Adv. Priya Sharma in connection with the above matter. This letter sets out the terms on which we shall act for you. Please read it carefully and sign the acknowledgment at the end.
1. Scope of Representation

5. Termination
Either party may terminate this engagement by giving 14 days written notice to the other. On termination, fees for work done up to the date of termination shall be payable. We reserve the right to withdraw from representation in circumstances permitted under the Bar Council of India Rules.
7. Bar Council Rules
This engagement is subject to the Bar Council of India Rules under the Advocates Act, 1961. Nothing in this letter is intended to, or shall, conflict with those Rules. In the event of any inconsistency, the Bar Council of India Rules shall prevail.
