The Auditor shall conduct the audit of the financial statements of the Company for the aforementioned period in accordance with the Standards on Auditing (SAs) issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and such other applicable standards and regulations as may be in force.
The remuneration of the Auditor shall be determined by the Audit Committee in accordance with the provisions of Section 142 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as approved by the Board of Directors.
